Description of Services

The Rappa Group is a full-service appraisal company serving the Tri-State area. Our appraisors are licensed in the applicable states and any assignments given out to other appraisors are reinspected by us in the field and reviewed before files are completed.

We appraise automobiles, heavy equipment, fire apparatus, ambulances, and special interest vehicles, vehicles. We also handle property damage and do take statements as well.

Normal phone contact on an assigned claim is 24 hours from receipt. Provided all information is correct, time to completion is less than five days. Our office is equipped with the Mitchell Estimating System as well as the Valuemate Valuation System that includes NADA and Red Book Values.

We also handle a full-line of insurance products, from auto and personal, to business and life, The Rappa Group can fill all your needs.

Summary of Qualifications

ROY RAPPA: Former manager of M & G Auto Body from 1968-1973. Independent appraisor licensed in the states of New York and Connecticut for Charles Gates Company, Inc. from 1973-1978. Owner of Rappa Appraisors from 1978 to the present.

DARREN RAPPA: Graduate of Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland 1992, BBA Finance. 1990 to the present, New York and Connecticut licensed appraisor and partner in Rappa Appraisors. I-CAR certified in unibody repair 1990. Property and Casualty broker as well as Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent, 1997 to the present.
